1. Who we are

WMA Hub runs this website. If you have a question about your data, or want to use any of the rights below, write to info@wma-hub.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, phone number, company and password (stored only as a one-way hash).
  • Orders and bookings: what you bought or booked, billing details, invoices and payment status. Payment card details are entered with our payment provider and are not stored by us.
  • Messages and files: what you send through the contact form or attach to a booking.
  • Learning activity: which courses, programmes and learning paths you are enrolled in, your progress, quiz results, certificates and any answers or files you submit.
  • Events, community and enquiries: event registrations (name and email), challenge entries, model health check and corporate training requests, and customization requests, including the secure connection details you choose to send (encrypted, and deleted after delivery).
  • Newsletter: your email address and the date and wording of your consent, and which newsletters you joined.
  • Affiliates: if you apply to the programme, your application, referral link activity and commissions.
  • Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, used to run and secure the website.

3. How we use it

  • To provide what you bought: deliver templates and courses, schedule sessions and issue invoices.
  • To run your account, answer your messages and send service emails (order confirmations, booking updates, password resets).
  • To keep the website secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
  • We only send marketing emails if you have agreed to receive them, and every one lets you opt out.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers that help us run the service, and only what they need:

  • Payment providers, to take and confirm payments.
  • Email delivery and hosting providers, to send messages and keep the website running.
  • A meeting provider (such as Zoom, Teams or Google Meet) if you register for a live event, because you join through their service.
  • Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage that are needed for the website to work, such as keeping you signed in and remembering your cart and display preferences. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

Two optional extras run only if you allow them in the privacy banner (you can change your choice at any time from "Privacy choices" in the footer). Anonymous measurement records which pages and products are viewed and where visitors came from, using a random ID kept in your browser; it never records your email, name, payment details or anything you type into a tool, and it is switched off by Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Partner links remember which affiliate sent you, for the stated number of days, so that partner can be credited if you buy. Revenue reports are built from paid orders, not from this measurement.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is open. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymised.

  • Event registrations lose their name and email after the retention period set by us for events (24 months by default), keeping only anonymous counts.
  • Closed enquiries (model health check, corporate training) lose their personal details after the retention period set by us (24 months by default).
  • Anonymous measurement events are deleted after the retention period set by us (14 months by default). Connection details sent for customization work are deleted a set number of days after delivery.
  • You can unsubscribe from a newsletter at any time with the link in every email.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it (where we are not required to keep it) or stop using it for marketing. Write to info@wma-hub.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also update most of your details yourself under Account -> Profile.

8. Security

We protect personal data with access controls, encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
