Measures and calculations

• Pipeline value: Sum of open opportunity amounts
• Win rate: Won deals divided by closed deals
• Quota attainment %: Closed-won amount divided by quota
• Average deal size: Closed-won amount divided by number of won deals

Data model and required fields

• Opportunities[OpportunityId] (Text): Unique deal key
• Opportunities[Stage] (Text): Pipeline stage
• Opportunities[Amount] (Decimal): Deal value
• Opportunities[CloseDate] (Date): Expected or actual close date
• Reps[RepName] (Text): Sales representative
• Quotas[Quota] (Decimal): Quota for the period

Compatibility and prerequisites

- Power BI Desktop (current release recommended). The report uses standard visuals only, so no custom visuals need to be installed. - Works with Import mode. DirectQuery is possible for most sources but is not tested. - Publishing and sharing needs a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User licence for you and your viewers, or a Premium capacity.
